16 years old and up.

What can I expect in the first session?

Total consciousness. Full enlightenment or your money back.

What is therapy like with you?

I will be there for you. I can handle things that come up.

How long will I be in therapy?

Depends on your goals. Certain phobias can be very quick. Lifelong anxiety and depression takes time to resolve.

Does anyone cry in front of you?

I forbid crying. It’s weak. Also I charge per tissue :)

Do I have to tell you everything?

Actually HAT can allow us to treat something without me knowing all the details. This can be a nice alternative to the confessions of talk therapy.

Do you offer video or phone sessions?

Yes, both.

What’s the difference between talking to you or my best friend or family?

It’s helpful to talk to someone not in your life, who has experience helping people with problems like yours.

Are you a Christian counselor?

I am not.

Is our work confidential?

Yes, it is confidential.

How long have you been in practice?

I’ve been in practice for 25 years.

What are your strengths as a therapist?

I’ve seen a lot, in myself and others. I’ve explored a lot of modalities, and I think I’ve found one (HAT) that is elegant and extremely powerful.

What do you enjoy about being a therapist?

I enjoy working with people. It can be very rewarding.
